Jim Healy is CEO and co-founder of NuLumenTek and NuEnergyTek. He co-founded NuLumenTek, a lighting solutions company, in 2012. NuLumenTek is focused on the design and supply of industrial and commercial lighting systems, with offices in Cork, the UK, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Jeddah and Riyadh, and has active international projects across 12 countries.
Prior to this, Jim was a Director with Rotary Group and led the setup of the Cork office and subsequently their international businesses in the West Indies and Saudi Arabia. He has over 30 years’ experience working across the electro mechanical building services industry in Europe, The West Indies, Asia and the Middle East.
Jim is passionate about decarbonisation and plays a significant role shaping policy and advising on the realities of progress on the ground. He is a founding member of SEFA (The Sustainable Energy Finance Association).
Jim is also an active member of the Irish Business Network in Saudi Arabia. He works to promote opportunities for Irish companies in the region.
When he’s not busy supporting companies rationalise their energy consumption, you will find Jim on the side of a rugby or GAA pitch, or walking the beach at home in Derrynane.
Patrick has worked in the mechanical and electrical building services sector, the fit out industry and the energy monitoring and management business.
Having worked at all levels from site engineer to business founder and owner, he understands the engineering, commercial and business needs of the companies and clients that we serve.
His range of posts around the world, have enabled him to communicate effectively with all manner of clients, engineers, financial teams and others, in an increasingly connected and diverse universe.
Colm Murphy is a Building Services Engineer with 14 years’ experience in building services, Pharmaceutical and the Oil & Gas industries. Since graduating in 2008 he has worked in several different roles including Project Engineer, Services Co-Ordinator, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Site Manager and Project Manager on various projects across the globe. Colm has a strong technical background and extensive experience across a variety of sectors, with a deep expertise in energy optimisation.
Colm is a Certified Energy Auditor, is Non-Domestic BER trained and is also a member of Engineers Ireland.
Kate has worked with the NuLumenTek group since 2020, as Commercial Director, focusing on strategy, business development and growth.
Holding an engineering degree from Trinity College Dublin, Kate previously worked at daa for 11 years, as part of the Dublin Airport senior leadership team, across a range of commercially focused senior management positions.
Based in Dublin, when not busy with work, Kate is busy running around after her three small children.
Danijel has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering. He leads the data team at NuEnergyTek.
Danijel has a passion for technology and spends his spare time playing esports and watching football. Originally from Croatia, Danijel now resides in Cork City.
Camila is a professional Lighting Designer. She is a Brazilian Architect and Urban Planner, having carried out part of her studies in Georgia State University (Atlanta, US). She holds a master’s degree in Energy Management from the Technological University Dublin.
